Miss.Ruiz is a First-Generation Mexican American. Her parents immigrated from Sonora Mexico & Michoacan. She was raised to love her heritage - and with that came the love of making Mexican Tamales. She hopes to spread the joy and happiness these little hot burrito-like bites can bring to your taste buds. The recipes she uses are those passed down in her family from her Nana and prior.
